OCR National qualification in ICT
We have interpreted the OCR National qualification in a unique way. Instead of having students producing work that stays in their school, the project will result in a live website
This will be done through iluv2.org.uk, the home of the ficticious iluv2 organisation. The aim of the site is to enable young people to make a website about their favorite passion or activity (what they "luv2" do).
The student creates the site at school, and then when finished, uploads it via the iluv2 site. Once the site is uploaded, it can be found through the site, and there is a dynamic category system, enabling sites to be groups together via search criteria.
While the student is in the process of creating the site, he / she can upload bits of it via the "test your site" feature on the iluv2 site. This means they can access it with their iluv2 password, but it cannot be seen publicy
